Dottenwhy Financial had approached Treasure Bay to create a new identity that would put better use to their new logo. It was my task to create a pleasing design that could be used in both print and web from Stationary and Business Cards, to Website and Envelopes.

Torque Racing, formally known as GB Racing was going under an expanding process and wanted a new identity to better promote to customers who would be buying their performance products from Torque Racing. Steve Parrinello contacted me to design them a new identity system. Steve really likes the tribal art style with very sharp lines, but didn't want it to go too tribal where it would sacrifice readability and not be recognizable to anyone just passing by. I accepted the job as an opportunity to help a friend out and expand my creative abilities through multiple design programs to complete the project. I started the Project with a logo idea involving a tribal font, sprockets, and a more dark theme.

Originally the sprockets were white and the "Torque" was a bright red reduced to a dark red gradient. After looking at it and the suggestion of a classmate i decided to Inverse the two colors to add readability from distances, but yet keep the theme still consistent. After I had the logo to a finalized state i sent the logo to Steve for final Approval. He Approved the logo saying it was everything he wanted and more. My next step was to create a basic identity layout that Torque Racing could use to promote its self, starting with business cards, a letterhead/invoice and a web site. I knew this would please Steve, but i wanted to take this project one step further. I thought what would best help Torque Racing promote its self, I knew that their best bet for getting the Torque Racing name out would be to come up with a line of products that they could use as hand outs or thing that Steve and Jon could wear at swap meets, shows, or just something to display while they were out riding their 4 wheelers and vehicles.

Knowing this I made: a T-Shirt design that Steve and Jon could wear and or sell at shows and swap meets. 3 sizes of Stickers that could be sold, or placed on a vehicle, trailer, booth, or any other medium that they would wish to place it on. And finally I am currently working on a Torque Racing Graphics Kit that Steve and Jon could put on their Yamaha Banshee's, I figured this would be a very helpful design to include with the identity being that consumers want to see what these performance products can do for them and what better way to promote the business then having their name over the ATV that has all their products on it. so when they compete people can see the products in action, and know where to go to get these products.
